Ever since the show "Very Cavallari" aired on the E! Entertainment Network, I was captivated by the inventory that Kristen Cavallari was going to have in her shop Uncommon James in Nashville, TN. To be honest, I have purchased a lot of earrings, necklaces and candles. But my favorite thing that I have purchased is the Campfire Cowboy Candle. It is honestly the best candle scent I have ever owned. It really does remind me of a campfire and the scent surrounding one that it feels like fall when I light it up and let it go.
The size I purchased was the 16 oz. 3-wick mason jar with a wood top. It seems to burn evenly and is supposed to burn for a total of 94 hours. The Campfire Cowboy scent is combined of Campfire, Tobacco and Patchouli. All in all, it comes out to be a beautiful blend of scents that any female or male would like to have in the house and likely would not complain about. The candle is cream in color and the only thing that I do not like about it is that as it burns down the wax that gets liquified as it burns turns dirty and gets a slightly dirty color as it re-solidifies. So you can see where you have actually burned the candle down to a certain point. The dirty part comes from pieces of the burnt wick falling into the wax. Normally this might not show on another color but because this is a light cream color it shows up easily. Honestly, if that is my only complaint, it isn't much. I really have only wonderful things to say about this candle. The scent is so lovely and makes my whole house smell amazing. The wax in the candle comes from all natural soy wax.
I've tried two other candles from the line Nashville Citrus and Secret Rose. I was happy with both of those scents too. I highly recommend shopping from the Uncommon James online store. Some of the items are a bit pricey, but they do go on sale. I love the rose gold jewelry she has available, since I am really into wearing rose gold jewelry, as it looks better on me than regular gold. Her home goods are also in the style of rose gold too. The home goods are very pricey but are for the upper middle class shopper. Another nice thing is that Uncommon James and Uncommon James Home brings in new items all the time, so there is always something new to look out for. And believe me, once you start shopping there, you will get addicted. I did.
