Eyeshadows: This category used to belong mainly to MAC but lately Urban Decay, Illamasqua, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics and Inglot have stolen the spot. For loose pigments I am in love with Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics! They have a beautiful selection of colors at great prices. The pigments have amazing payoff and blend incredibly well. I am so happy to have discovered this line.
I really love Inglot shadows. They are smooth, have great payoff and little fallout. Also, the color lasts longer when used with a primer than most shadows. And they have the best selection of colors.Inglot shadows range in price depending on if you purchase them in the pan or if you use the Freedom System. I personally recommend the Freedom System, which is a fancy way of saying buying a palette and filling it with shadows. As for Illamasqua, currently it is only sold in the United States at Sephora. Certain stores carry it and it is available online.
Eyeliner: Urban Decay owns this category. They have the most wonderful liquid liner ever. Their 24/7 liquid liner goes on so easily and it looks amazing, one precise line. The pencil category also belongs to UD, with their 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils. I have never used a pencil that glides on so well. I get a perfect line in one step. Thank you Urban Decay!!!!! Both of these are $18.00
Mascara: This category changes depending on the newest mascara on the market. Honestly, I love MAC mascaras and Maybelline mascaras. Yes, I said Maybelline. Lately their products have become the top of the line in the drug store. Their Falsies Mascara is quite nice. But I really like MAC's False Lashes ($19.00), Studio Fix Boldblack Lash ($15.00)

There you go. These are what I consider to be some of the best on the market right now.
