Beauty is skin deep… This is a myth. What goes in to your body will show up on your skin. I like to think that not only do I have to take care of myself on the outside but I have to really try to get myself going on the inside. I suffer from an immune disorder. So far it has been diagnosed as Chron’s disease. In the past 2 years I lost about 100 lbs. I had no appetite and I had almost no energy.
