This is the brand that revolutionized the hair care industry. They built their reputation on word of mouth from runways to salons. The Moroccanoil Treatment is infamous in the industry for how beautiful it makes hair. The products work.
This product is designed to give lift and movement to the hair by prepping the roots with a texturized foundation before styling with heat. It is a high-performance, nourishing formula that boosts volume at the roots of the hair and thickens each strand. Root Boost is enriched with Argan oil to nourish hair and scalp, it has long lasting voluminous texture that never falls flat and it gives a natural look finish. It helps to control static electricity.
How To use: shake well and generously spray on towel dries hair at the roots only. If you desire a full-bodied effect, use Volumizing Mousse on the mid-lengths for enhanced body and movement throughout hair. Blow dry in sections, being sure to lift hair away from scalp.
I found to really “boost” up the roots of my hair. I bend over and apply all over the roots of my hair, making sure to get them really good. Then I fluff my hair upside down while blow drying. For my hair I don’t brush it out, since I tend to want it wavy. I boost only the top of my hair, otherwise I would have huge hair all over my hair (I have a ton of hair and it tends to be like a lion’s mane). Root Boost gives amazing volume to the roots! And I found it to last all day long.
A cream that will help to create backstage looks to street-inspired styles. Molding Cream is a fiber rich emollient cream that creates natural looking texture. It is enriched with Argan oil and Olive oil. The nourishing and versatile formula is used as a leave in shaper for creating structure and definition. It has a flexible to medium hold, a matte finish and it emphasizes updos and creates piecey definition.
How To Use: For short cut it can be used on damp or dry hair. Scoop some of the cream into hand and rub together on the palm. Work into hair and create desired look with fingertips. With long hair, distribute cream through dry hair avoiding roots for a tousled look to accent layers. For dimension and separation, apply with fingertips and pull out pieces on the end.
Personally, I decided to try it on wet hair just to see how it would do. I didn’t like the results. My hair felt a little odd. Too funky. I love how this works on damp hair though. It creates the perfect waves for my hair. I use it on almost completely dry hair and for my second day hair style and it works wonders! I love Molding Cream more than any other product except maybe the Frizz Control and Moroccanoil Treatment.
