Jurlique, one of my favorite skincare lines, has come out with a new line for skin that is sensitive, red and irritated. The Calendula Redness Rescue Range is designed to leave skin balanced, soothed and softened. It includes a Comfort Complex with botanicals such as:

When skin is in need of immediate calming, this high performance mist will do the trick. It features the proprietary blend of the Comfort Complex to help restore the skin’s natural defenses. Aloe and linseed extract (rich in polysaccharides and amino acids) support sensitive and fragile skin defenses when it is exposed to stress elements (cold, wind and pollution). It also helps to restore moisture to the skin. Skin is also left with more clarity. The mist has a wonderful aroma of fresh cucumber and chamomile to wake up the senses. Skin is left feeling hydrated, refreshed and comforted. This formula is alcohol free.
I love that it works immediately to calm the skin. If skin is itchy, irritated or burning, the Calendula Redness Rescue Calming Mist will do the trick and calms skin right away. Just spritz the face a few times and voila! Skin starts to calm down and redness, itchiness and burning dissipates. I find that the spray is especially useful after I have been doing chemical peels. It helps calm the itching and burning that my skin feels. It would also be great for sunburn, allergic reactions and anytime that skin is compromised any way.

When skin is sensitive, irritated or in any way compromised, this gel concentrate will help get it back on track. The Calendula Redness Rescue Restorative Treatment Serum helps to restore the epidermal defenses, protect against environmental aggressors and soothe delicate skin. It features the proprietary Comfort Complex blend that includes Calendula to help give long lasting hydration to the skin, has anti-irritant benefits and deeply restores moisture, Botanicals such as prickly pear extract (rich in natural vitamins, minerals and nutrients) calm sensitivity. They also nourish the skin with essential vitamins and minerals and provide soothing relief. Skin feels restored, hydrated and comforted.
I like that this serum is so light and sinks right into the skin immediately. It does not leave any sort of residue on the surface of the skin. Skin is left feeling soft, soothed and definitely comforted. I wanted to see if it indeed worked, so I chose to use this after I did a chemical peel. Imagine my skin feeling some burning and itching. I applied the serum and right away my skin started to feel much better. If you have sensitive skin, then this serum will be great for you. It will help calm redness, irritation and soothe your inflamed skin. This happens to be my favorite product in the Calendula Redness Rescue Range. If your skin is sensitive or having issues, the concentration of botanicals in this serum will really help to calm the skin.
