So, I did like these because they made my hair and nails grow quite fast and my skin looked great this past month. I would highly recommend these chews if you are looking to grow your hair and nails very fast. Also, if you are looking to have your skin look great, these chews did do the trick. These have a much higher dose of biotin than any hair, skin and nail vitamin you will find on the drugstore shelves. The one I have only has 3000 mcg, which is 100% of the daily dose. This chew provides 3,333% of your daily dose which is much, much higher. I read on one site that it can cause cystic acne as a side effect but that did not happen to me. I read on another site that there are no side effects from taking high doses. So, do read up on taking high doses of the vitamin before you decide to purchase it. I have not had any side effects, in fact I have had great results from taking this dose. I would like to stay on this higher dose. It has been beneficial for me.
