I received this in exchange for an honest review. This 2-in-1 Meat Tenderizer and Pounder helps to give your meat new life. Take cuts of meat that are normally tough and make them palatable. Take cuts and make them soft so that you can stuff them. Meat tenderizers like this are great for giving new lift to meat that is not the best or for meat that needs a little TLC. It is very heavy and takes a little getting used to if you have never used one before. I use it in conjuntion with plastic wrap so that the tenderizer does not get dirty and gross.
