Foundation is the basis of all makeup. A good foundation is important because it sets the tone for how makeup will sit on the skin and how the face will look with the entire makeup done. Foundation is like gesso is to artists, it sets the canvas for the makeup to come. Foundation makes the skin look and feel flawless. PÜR Cosmetics has a number of foundations, all of them great. Recently I reviewed the PÜR Cameo Contour Stick (http://bit.ly/1PPvCTI). The one I want to discuss today is their HydraFluid Water Serum Foundation.
PÜR HydraFluid Water Serum Foundation has an encapsulated water complex that delivers Swiss Alps-sourced water to hydrate the skin for lasting radiance all while providing a silky, medium coverage foundation. HydraFluid Water Serum Foundation is incomparably lightweight but offers the perfect amount of coverage, as needed. It also satisfies the desire for dewy, breathable, luminous looking skin. If you want a “bare-looking” but perfect complexion, whatever your skin tone or type, then this is the foundation chosen to create that look. Water sourced from the Swiss Alps is known for its high purity and is the ideal mineral water to refresh the skin.
The best way to apply this foundation is to take 2 or 3 drops of foundation to face with the Liquid Chisel Brush. Buff into the skin in a circular motion. Layer for additional coverage.
This foundation comes in 5 shades: Light, Medium, Tan, Dark and Deep. The Light shade works well for me, and I am very pale. The Medium shade would work well for medium skin tones and then you have the Tan, Dark and Deep, which would work very well for anyone in the darker shade territories.
Wearing this foundation is like a dream. It goes on so nice, it has a lot of slip to it. I use my beautyblender to apply it. It has medium coverage and the coverage is buildable. Also, you don’t need a ton of foundation to get good coverage. Just a few drops. If you need more, then add a few more drops and layer the coverage. It melds right into the skin. I have also used a foundation brush to apply this and it also works just as well to make sure this foundation applies nicely to the skin. I think that this foundation is a very nice foundation and will be liked by those with dry skin and normal to dry skin. It will make skin look luminous, dewy and outright pretty.
