Personally, I found this product to be easy to use and it definitely works well for a depilatory. It is designed for the bikini only, so don't use it on the face or anywhere else. Before use, test your skin to see if you have any sort of reaction to the product. The best place to test is the bikini area. Apply a tiny amount and wait 24 hours. If no redness or irritation appears, remove and then proceed. To use, twist applicator to on position. Dispense product onto applicator and then apply to the bikini area desired area of hair removal. After use make sure to twist applicator to off position to keep product fresh. Leave cream on for 5 minutes, timed carefully. Test as small area to see if hair comes off easily. If hair comes off easily remove the rest of the cream. If hair does not, leave on for 1 minute longer. Repeat every 1 minute to see if hair comes off. DO NOT leave cream on for more than 10 minutes total application time. This is important. It can and will burn the skin. Wipe cream off with a damp washcloth. Rinse skin thoroughly with water. 

I think you will find that for most hair removal 5-7 minutes is the usual amount of time needed for the cream to work. Thicker hair needs a longer amount of time. Hair usually stays gone for a couple of weeks. And there is no need to put on a ton of cream either, just enough to cover the hair adequately. It comes in a 2.0 oz./60mL box, so there is enough for a few sessions. I think you will find this product works very well and is easier than shaving and much less painful than waxing.
