Recently I received some samples of Eptex Acne Relief Products. I received samples of two products, Controlled Release Acne Wash with Benzoyl Peroxide 4.5% and Controlled Release Acne Relief Lotion Salicylic Acid 2%. These are both great ways to help rid your skin of acne lesions. Both of those ingredients are beneficial with acne lesions, either if you are a teen or an adult.

Eptex™ Controlled Release Acne Wash is ideal to cleanse your skin, helping to stop the bacteria that cause acne. Eptex™ Controlled Release Acne Wash targets the source of acne-causing bacteria with a unique sub-micron encapsulation system, delivering 4.5% benzoyl peroxide deep into the follicle where bacteria reside. What is great about a 4.5% benzoyl peroxide is that it is non-drying to the skin, it kills the bacteria and leaves the follicle clear of debris that clogs the follicle in the first place. Also, Intelli-Target benzoyl peroxide eliminates skin irritation with gradual release over time, and Eptex Acne Wash contains a unique mixure of 3 essential lipids to help repair the compromised skin barrier.

Eptex™ Controlled Release Acne Relief Lotion contains a pharmaceutical grade active ingredient that helps to unclog the pores and essential lipids that help keep your skins natural barrier healthy. Its patented delivery system slowly releases these ingredients over time, making it appropriate even for sensitive skin. Salicylic Acid is perfect for just about anyone, as it gets rid of the debris clogging the hair follicle, kills bacteria and helps to prevent new acne. It acts in three ways. It exfoliates the skin, so that is how it helps to prevent new acne from forming. That is also how it unclogs the debris from the pore (follicle). Saiclylic Acid is effective at the 2% level also.

I tried both of these because as a 45 year old adult, I still get some acne lesions from time to time. These did help calm those lesions down. And I would expect that they would. The ingredients in these products are perfect for mild to moderate acne. If you have more severe acne, it might not work for you.

These products can be purchased from the following place: Remember, these are pharmaceutical grade products and are definitely worth giving a try if you have acne that is mild to moderate. Like Eptex on Facebook:
