Matte liquid lipstick is in. Almost every cosmetics line has their version of a matte liquid lipstick. But just because they have one does not mean it is good. Laura Geller, on the other hand, has a winning formula. Meet Fifty Kisses Lip Locking Liquid Color. Their pure pigment formula means no more air kisses! It stays true with soft, satiny color that stays put from a morning peck to a midnight smooch. The uniquely curved applicator hugs lips for precise application. It has a built-in well that delivers the perfect amount of color with each application. It comes in eight shades. What I like about it is that it does not leave your lips extremely dry like other matte lipcolors and it lasts literally ALL day long. I do wish it came in more colors, eight shades is a small range. There is only one nude shade and most of the shades are very bright. However, the formula is a winner.
The shades are as follows: Beige Bite: Rich Nude; Love Blush;Pale Neutral Pink; Makeout Merlot:Cordial; Melon Crush: Vivid Pink; Orchid Love: Vibrant Violet; Pink Pucker: Red-pink; Ravishing Rose: Warm rose; and Ruby Romance: Bright orange-red. I tried Love Blush, Pink Pucker and Melon Crush.
