COVERGIRL Vitalist Elixir Tinted Lip Oil $6.99
Lip oils are a new product making the rounds in cosmetic companies. A few companies have their own out. COVERGIRL decided to come out with their own version and I am very glad they did.
COVERGIRL Vitalist Elixir Tinted Lip Oil is a lip color that hydrates, conditions and softens the lips all while providing a hint of color at the same time. It is a transparent oil that delivers a comfortable, non-sticky, non-tacky shine formula, from a blend of nourishing oils with a lightweight texture. This product is perfect for lips that need some TLC. The transparent oil is tinted with light hues to enhance your natural lip color. This product is part of the Vitalist Healthy Elixir Family. It comes in six shades: Orange Zest, Grape Juice, Berry Libation, Cherry Crush, Melon Granita and Guava Goodness.
If you are looking for a very pigmented lip color, this is not what you are looking for. This product is perfect for those who want a little bit of color and tend to have dry lips (like most of us do, since the lips don't have sebum glands), but want to have just a hint of color on their lips. Personally, I prefer a lot of color on my lips but I like to have this for my off days when I am not wearing any makeup because it is so nourishing for the lips. I love how it makes my lips feel. The oils in this product are so nourishing and loving to the lips that they leave them in better condition than when you put on the product.

When I applied these to swatch I had to work quickly because if you notice, the oils just want to absorb into the skin leaving the color behind. That is because my skin is very dry. This product is THAT nourishing. Think of how well it works on the lips?
