This 2-in-1 product must have features stimulating plumping technology, a nourishing glossy formula and a doe foot applicator to deliver your most amplified looking lips yet.
How to use:
- Step 1: Outline lips with the plumping lip color or fill in with lip color for an exaggerated and fuller effect.
- Step 2: Apply the plumping lip gloss to help create the look of dramatically full lips.
It comes in 10 shades: Close Up, All Access, Tease, Bragging Rights, Power Stare, Cheeky, Exclusive, Hot & Spicy, Stunner and Runway Ready. I tried these four shades: Tease, Close Up, All Access and Stunner.

I like this type of lip color. It suits my type of lip well. I have a fuller bottom lip and a smaller top lip, so my lips need some plumping. I always use a lip liner on my lips too when doing my makeup and that helps. My favorite color is Tease, which I feel has a lot of pigment, considerably more than the other colors. They are very pigmented though and almost don't require the use of a lip liner. When you put them on in the beginning your lips will feel tingly and you will notice a "buzzy" feeling to them. That is the active ingredient working to help plump them up. The tingling or buzzing sensation is temporary and should resolve in a couple of minutes. If any redness, swelling or signs of an allergic reaction occur, discontinue use, and contact a physician right away. Personally, I don't like the sensation. I found it to be very strong. I don't know if I am personally allergic to these or not but I couldn't wear the lip colors. They made my temporarily red and swollen. And not the nice swollen lip look I was looking for. You want your lips to be pouty not bee stung. The colors are nice though and I would recommend it for those who like the pouty look and can handle the sensation.
