My eyes are downturned so I cannot due a regular flicked eye. It just comes off looking like a clown did it, But with this unite Pen, it is easy to get the liner you want. Just apply from the inner to outer corner then start outside for your v, start on the up portion pull down and meet at the corner. Then fill in. You will have a small inverted v flipped every time you flipped your hair.
