The eyeshadows are extremely pigmented and do have some fallout, which is good for mass market eyeshadows. The metallic eyeshadows are the ones with the fallout, the matte eyeshadows do not have any. I like the mix of matte and metallic so that you can mix and match, having a good selection to play with. I have always been a fan of Hard Candy because of their edginess and ability to stay with the trends. If you look at all of their products, they are either ahead of the trends or right with them.

Hard Candy recently came out with some killer palettes that have 15 shadows of various shades that, when worn together in myriad ways will allow you to play with all of the colors and come up with some beautiful looks that are all yours. This palette even comes with a tiny mirror in the lid and two wonderful double-ended brushes.
