I would say the first three shades are for very light to light skin tones. The next three are for fair to medium. The next three are medium skin tones and the rest are darker skin tones. Here is the shade table for the Dream Urban Cover shades:

I wish they had more shades of this foundation. I use fair porcelain and while it is light as shown here, it has a little bit of yellow to it that is just too yellow for me. I hope they continue with this and make it a long-wearing foundation. I would love to see this as a long-wearing foundation. As a fan of this foundation, I would like to see them add more lighter shades with neutral and pink undertones, with less yellow to them.
The broad spectrum SPF50 comes from the following chemical sunscreens: Homosalate 10%, Octosalate 5% and Octocrylene 4%. As these are all chemical sunscreens, if you cannot wear them, I wouldn't try this foundation. If you need a mineral sunscreen, you should avoid this.
Here is a photograph of me wearing the foundation:

What I like about this foundation is that it has medium coverage that is buildable, the coverage feels lightweight on the skin, not heavy. I also like that it has such a high SPF and that it is indeed broad spectrum. The foundation goes on smoothly with a beautyblender sponge or you can use a brush or fingers if you prefer. Personally I prefer the sponge.
