Elemis has a wonderful skincare range. Their products are akin to Clarins, Peter Thomas Roth, Dermalogica, Algenist and other brands in similarity. I like them because they work. I received the Superfood Vital Veggie Mask in a subscription box and after I tried it out I knew I had to review it because it is honestly one of the best masks I have ever used.
Banish the look of dullness and dryness in 10 minutes with this smoothie inspired moisturizing mask. It is packed with nutrient-dense Supergreens, plus radiance-boosting fruit acids, for an incredibly soft and smooth complexion. A Prebiotic, naturally derived from sugar, helps to maintain balance in the skin's microflora for a healthier-looking complexion. The Superfood Vital Veggie Mask helps your skin get a shot of green goodness with a treatment mask that nourishes, smoothes and brightens skin for softer, smoother and more radiant skin. It contains Wheatgrass, Kale and Nettle, all rich in chlorophyll, amino acids, minerals and vitamins, help replenish the skin with vital minerals and vitamins for a healthy looking complexion and an outdoor fresh glow. Avocado and Chia Seed Oils, which are naturally rich in Omega Fatty Acids 6 and 9, soften the skin, lock in moisture, and support the skin's moisture barrier. For me, this mask made my skin look bright and it made my skin feel soft and smooth. It didn't make my skin tingle, but I am used to acids and peels. It did however make my skin look and feel amazing just after 1 use. Can you imagine how it would look after using 2x per week for a few weeks? It would look so wonderful! My skin is already in pretty good condition, if not a little dry. This mask helped get rid of some of the dryness, the flaking I was having and added some moisture to my skin. Having the Vitamin C and Passionfruit acids in it helps to do that. It acts as a light exfoliant for the skin so the rest of the mask can do its job. The Avocado and Chia Seed Oils moisturize the skin deliberately well. The mask is made up of almost completely natural ingredients, if not all natural ingredients. When I looked at the ingredient list I was happy to see that almost all of the ingredients were natural and looked to be of a soothing, hydrating and exfoliating nature.
