This product is great for use on damp or dry hair. I have used it on both. I like the way it helps keep frizz down (which I have a huge problem with) and I also like the fact that it helps detangle hair and adds broad spectrum UV protection with CBD. This product can be used to refresh your style too. It adds body and manageability to hair that has been left feeling a little too blah. Hair is moisurized, conditioned and strengthened. With my hair thickness and length I needed about 6 pumps, not 3.
