So, just spray it on whenever you need to. Shake gently before using. Hold and press spray nozzle to release product. Close your eyes and lightly mist your face and neck. Spray over makeup to set in place. Use anytime to re-energize and destress skin. I am going to warn you that it does contain AHAs and BHAs, so if you are sensitive to those, do not use this spray.
