I suffer from severe insomnia and have for my entire life. I have always been a night owl, according to what my mother told me. So it is no surprise that I will go to great lengths to find anyway to get some sleep. This means melatonin, sleeping pills and pillow sprays.
Pillow sprays are usually lavender scented and they help you fall asleep faster than you normally would, helping you to wake up refreshed from a good night's sleep. Awake Beauty has one called Dream Mist Pillow Spray and it is a calming spray that is lavender scented, smelling quite nice. It promotes better beauty sleep and is the ultimate de-stressor and doesn't stain the pillow. The specially curated blend of essential oils help to calm your mind before bed, so that you can drift off to sleep faster than ever before.
