I like a good easy to use eyeliner. Normally I wear liquid eyeliner or a very easy to use pencil eyeliner that actually makes it look almost as good as a liquid eyeliner. COVERGIRL recently added a good pencil eyeliner to its lineup of products and here you will find my review.

I found these eyeliners to be very easy to use. They glide on so easily, in fact they are so soft you have to worry about them breaking. As I was using the Gold Metallic the entire top broke off. I just sharpened it & tried again, and it worked fine. Because these are gel eyeliners that essentially work as a Kohl eyeliner would, they go on with lots of pigment and literally stay for 24 hours. The eyeliners are definitely waterproof, as I have an eye that tears up a lot and the liner didn't smudge one bit.
