Review: Addicted Beauty The Luster Natural Hair Serum #addictedbeauty #lusternaturalhairserum

(product photo couresy of www.addictedb.com)

1 fl.oz./30mL $25.00

Everyone wants lustrous, shiny hair. Only most anti-frizz formulas contain synthetic silicones that just coat the hair shaft. And they do not actually help the health of your hair. But the creators at Addicted Beauty have found a hair oil formula that does and it does so without leaving hair feeling heavy and weighed down.

The Luster Natural Hair Serum is made from an old Ayurvedic formula that promotes hair luster and shine. It creates soft and manageable hair. Made with Brahmi Booti, Phyllanthus Emblica, Acacia blend, Henna, Soap Nut, Jojoba, Black Seed, Sesame OIl, Almond Oil and Castor Oil. This oil adds silky shine, bounce and manageability to hair. Adds shine without harsh chemical treatments. It helps to prevent frizz. Also comes in sustainable packaging.

I like how light this serum is. It is made from oil, so I apply it to damp or dry hair and only from mid-length to the ends of hair, not at the roots. It can also be applied all over to hair left on for an hour then shampooed out and hair can be conditioned. That it the intense treatment. When this is done, hair is left soft and silky, with nary any frizziness in sight.

Here is a picture of my hair after I used the serum:

  1. While Mehndi or Henna has been popular in the States for the last few years thanks to people like Demi Moore and Madonna, it began more then 5,000 years ago in the ancient cultures. The earliest record of henna being used was in Egypt, where the fingers and toes of the Pharaohs were stained just before they were mummified. We know of Mehndi because of the cultures and traditions found in India and other Middle Eastern cultures. full hand mehndi design
