Masks have become a part of our daily life and likely will stay that way for months to a couple of years to come. So, it is imperative that your mask not only fit, but actually take care of your skin too. That is why I happen to like SkinEez Face Masks.

Not only are they medical grade face masks, but they are anti-bacterial (thus helping to prevent maskne) too! Even better, they are infused with 5 natural ingredients plus retinol! SkinEez Masks contain shea butter, apricot kernel oil, rose hip oil, Vitamin E and caffeine. Shea butter helps to moisturize, while apricot kernel oil acts to increase elasticity of the skin. Rose hip oil rejuvenates the skin and Vitamin E moisturizes and softens the skin. Caffeine tightens and brightens the skin and retinol (0.01%) helps to soothe the skin, allowing it to soothe irritation from maskne. These masks are unisex and fit most adults. They can be tied behind the ear if need be. The masks are washable, but after 10 consecutive washes they will need to re-infused with SkinEez Garment Spray to continue to be able to receive the hydrating and soothing benefits of the ingredients in the masks. What is great is that these are lightweight for all day comfort and breathability. They have four way stretch to fit the face, and because of this it provides a barrier to facial touch contamination. Materials utilized in the manufacturing process provide a two-ply cloth barrier that protects the user's nose and mouth, a pocketed design allows for insertion of a filter if needed but is not included. The masks have been treated with a biocompatible, hydrophobic finish (that means they repel water). Masks are made under ISO 13485 standards and are made from Nilit® Breeze Nylon 6.6 cooling yarn that keeps wearers feeling refreshed and comfortable when temperatures rise. ZincX™ provides the wound healing and healthy immune function properties of zinc. The masks also contain UV protection, so you can feel confident that your face will not burn or tan in the sun. STA-COOL® moisture management yarn technology provides superior fabric breathability and ventilation. They are made from a polyester blend fabric that is designed with a firmer knit yarn to keep droplets from seeping through the fabric and into the air. SkinEez Masks are made in the USA.

I found these masks to be easy to wear and very breathable. Much more so than a nylon and cotton mask. However, I didn't wear it with a filter in place and I do have them. On me the black mask was just tight enough and the white mask was a little large. I am not sure why this is so. Now that we are wearing masks all of the time, everywhere we go, it is essential to have something that is comfortable and practical. To me this mask fits that role. Especially as a skincare specialist. Something that prevents maskne, soothes the skin, has UV protection and can actually keep you cool when it is hot out, is a great idea. I like the fact that it does all of the above and even more.
