This product works great as a makeup primer. For any age as a matter of fact. It is intended for women over 40 I think but I don't have many lines or wrinkles at age 49 so far, just some enlarged pores and I used it under my makeup. It works phenomenally. I use it over my sunscreen and find that it smooths out my skin and makes makes foundation glide on so easily. The product is transparent and cannot really be seen so it is perfect to be used under makeup.

I found that this product works great as a primer and anyone should be able to use it. It hydrates quite well too. If you have oily skin, use over a light sunscreen. If you have dry skin, either use other your moisturizer and then sunscreen and then apply or over those products, trust me it is a very light product. Or if you don't want to apply all of those products, apply it over your combination sunscreen/moisturizer. The most important thing is that you are wearing a sunscreen first. You will find that since this product hydrates too you may not need as strong of a hydration product in the summer. I would recommend this product for any skin type, except those with acneic skins. I just wouldn't risk it because it doesn't say that it is non-comedogenic.
