Maybelline Powder Strike Cream-to-Powder Eyeshadow Pen $6.99
This autumn Maybelline has come out with its own version of what is the very popular cream-to-powder eyeshadow pen. Theirs is called Powder Strike. It is their very first cream-to-powder eyeshadow pen and it delivers up to 12 hours of bold color impact in one swift strike without any fallout! That is right, no mess. It is crease resistant, fade resistant and smudge resistant too. It comes in 6 beautiful matte shades and 4 beautiful metallic shades. The unique formula glides on without hassle thanks to its cushion tip. Just dip it in the color, apply and blend. Easy peasy. Create any look you want with this foolproof eyeshadow. Shades are: Crave, Charm, Flash, Chase, Flare, Tempt, Spark, Rally, Hustle and Ace. I tried Tempt (matte berry) and Crave (matte gray). To apply, dip and twist cushion applicator into top to add more color to sponge. Apply to lids.

I really like these. The cream to powder formula is easy to use and glides on quickly. It wears well on top of an eyeshadow primer and lasts all day without creasing. What I really love about this product though is the pigmentation. As you can see from the swatches and the product I am wearing, the pigmentation is through the roof!!!! Maybelline really did a great job with this product. In one swipe you get great coverage. Yes, you might have to dip the applicator back into the lid to get more product from time to time to cover the entire lid but that is because the actual product itself is not as large as some other cream-to-powder shadows that I have seen. And I think this was done to keep costs down. Either way, the cost is inexpensive and the pigmentation is good for the price. Definitely a buy in my book.
