I found the eyeshadows to be very pigmented and not chalky at all. There was some fallout, but that is to be expected with any eyeshadow. Especially matte ones. For this look I stuck mostly to the pink and mauve toned shades, with a little bit of brown in the crease and transition. For mascara, I wore essence makeup Lash Princess Volume Mascara $4.99 over their Volume Boost Lash Primer $4.99 (which really does give me fuller, thicker lashes). This eyeshadow gives a nice defined look to the eye area, and makes my blue-green eyes really stand out. The lipstick is something I was testing out from another brand that I thought would look good with this look. I definitely received a lot of compliments on this look. It is kind of a goth/grunge meets modern look. By the way, the goth look is back in a big way. Dark smoky eyes with lots of liner and dark lips are really in for spring.
