NYX Cosmetics Baked Blush is a great way to experience blush. The luxurious formula is packed full of pigment to provide a beautiful natural glow to highlight the face. This blush has been designed to be used wet or dry, depending upon the statement you want to make. When used with a dry brush the look is light and fresh. When used with a wet sponge you get more intense, heavy color. It can also be used as a bronzer or highlighter. The silky smooth formula is lightweight and blends evenly and easily. Apply to the apples of the cheeks or use a light dusting on the top of the nose, forehead, chin and décolleté when used as a bronzer or an illuminator. It comes in 12 pigment rich shades.
I tried three shades: Sugar Mama, Journey and Statement Red. The shades are definitely pigment rich, I used them dry and found that even dry they go on beautifully. I love to wear them over contour and like the results. My cheeks end up looking flushed, which is exactly the look you want with blush.
I love this blush and think it is one of the best I have used. The price point is excellent. I have not used it wet, I will admit but I am sure that the pigment is even better. I am very happy with how it performs dry. I like to have blush that gives me a light glow to my face and this does just that. Just swirl your brush through the blush and voila! Apply to the apples of your cheeks and you will have cheeks that are truly glowing.
