Garlic. It makes recipes better. Food tastes better. But it is a pIn to mash, right? Everyone wants to have an easy way to mash garlic. The Splendid Chef Garlic Press is very easy to use. It is made from stainless steel and is for any size bulb. Even the larger bulbs fit. To use just place the bulb in it and press down to mash the bulb. Voila! Mashed garlic. 

I like this because it is easy to use and is so sturdy. I find it better than any other garlic press I have tried. To clean just wash out with soapy water or place in the dishwasher. I am very happy with how easy to use this is and how well it mashed/minced garlic bulbs, even larger ones. You don't even need much brute force!
