I was asked to test out some of Milani's new cosmetics. I can say with certainty that these new items are fabulous! I am in love with their new Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipstick and Rose Powder Blush. See below for my review of these fabulous new items!
Eyeshadow Primer $5.99

The Eyeshadow Primer that Milani has is very good. So good that I have just been using this one for a while now. It is just about the best one out on the market. Why? Well it gives at least 8 hours of wear and it turns every eye shadow that you put on your eye into a longwearing eye shadow. Regardless of the formula. The lightweight, non-sticky color-intensifier and crease-minimizer goes on nude and once it dries down, it’s invisible. It is the perfect eye shadow primer.

Fierce Foil Eye Shine $9.99
This is not an eye shadow. It is a shiny gloss to wear on the eyes. The extraordinary, eye-enhancing game changing gloss should be swept on bare lids. Just tap the applicator on to the color and then glide it over the eye. Start close to the lash line and work up from there. Then simply blend and build with the applicator or your fingertip. It is very easy to get a glowing look with this gloss. The hardest thing you will have to do with this product is actually picking a palette! It comes in four shade quartettes named for Italy's starriest, most beloved cities. They are: Milan (soft pinks and taupes), Rome (a pack of rich lavenders and purples), Florence (think copper, bronze, gold) and Venice (icy white and cool blues). Sexy and glamorous, the Fierce Foil Eye Shine is a runway inspired "real way" designed fun product.
I tried out Rome, which is a beautiful set of purples, looking very pretty on the eyes. I did have some trouble with creasing the first time I used them. So I tried them out with the Eyeshadow Primer and did not go out over the lid. This way they could not crease.

Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Liner $8.49

I love liquid liner and I am always on the hunt for a good one. What I like about the Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Liner is that is is versatile. It has an extreme felt tip that you can line your eyes with in three different intensities. Try thin, medium and heavy. Just by switching up the angle you hold it. The formula is waterproof, non-feathering and glides on smoothly in a single stroke. The color it comes in is Blackest Black.
I like that this liner does not skip during application. The applicator is great because you can use it three different ways. I like to try and create a thicker line on my lash line and then create a small wing that flicks upward and out.
Rose Powder Blush $7.99
Gorgeous petal soft pigment that looks amazing on the face. It has a natural-finish powder that shapes, contours and highlights. Does not streak and is easy to use. In ultra flattering shades. I tried out Romantic Rose and Coral Cove. Love these beautiful shades of blush. They are extremely pigmented and last all day long on the cheeks without fading.
These rose powder blushes are extremely pretty on. The Coral Cove is my favorite shade, as it provides a beautiful bright cheek that looks good with just about any lipstick. Romantic Rose is a matte dark pink/dusty mauve that also looks good with a good number of lip shades.

Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipstick $5.99

This is your fantasy matte lipstick. It not only feels fantastic on your lips (yes it is that good), but it lasts for hours and hours. It has an "a-mazing Instagram Selfie" written all over it! This lipstick is infused with grape seed extract imported from Italy. It is a smear-proof lip soother that delivers mega-color that will not budge, even after eating or drinking. It comes in 8 go-the-distance shades, from oh-so-sweet pale pink Matte Innocence to the va va voom fiery-red Matte Passion. I tried out 3 of them: Matte Naked (matte neutral beige), Matte Diva (matte bright pink) and Matte Confident (matte dark red). This matte lipstick is killer!
My favorite shade is the Matte Naked because I love nude shades. However, I also love Matte Diva, because it is so loud and fun. Matte Confident is for doing a Hollywood glamour look.
