New Year's Day Look
Here I am going to show you my New Year's Day look that I did with some new items from Maybelline's Total Temptation collection, MasterChrome Highlighter and the new SuperStay MatteInk Un-Nude Liquid Lipstick (a new take on nude lipstick).

Items used for this look: NYX Hydra Touch Powder Foundation in Ivory ($10.00); Maybelline Total Temptation Eyeshadow/Highlight Palette($11.99), Deep Brown Eye Definer ($7.99), Total Temptation Washable Mascara ($9.49), Master Chrome by Face Studio in Molten Rose Gold ($9.99) and SuperStay MatteInk Liquid Lipstick in Philosopher ($9.49).
To accomplish the look I dusted the foundation across my face with a foundation brush. Next, I used the Deep Brown Brow Definer to do my brows. I do think the Medium Brown shade suits me more. Then I used the Total Temptation Eyeshadow/Highlight Palette and applied the eyeshadow to my eyes using the light brown shade in my crease and the darkest brown shade in the transition and underneath my eyes. I used the lilac shade in the middle of the palette on my upper lids and the pearlish shade in the middle under my brows. Then I applied two coats of Total Temptation Washable Mascara to my lashes. For my cheeks I used MasterChrome by FaceStudio in Molten Rose Gold swirled about to highlight. Finally, on my lips I used the SuperStay MatteInk Liquid Lipstick in Philosopher, a lilac shade.
I liked this look, it was clean and neat. The lipstick is not a normal shade I would use, it is lighter and has more of a gray touch to it. However, I like and would wear it again. I think I am going to have to get all the shades to this little SuperStay MatteInk Un-Nude Liquid Lipstick Collection, as all of the shades are very nice. They are all takes purple and peach takes on nude shades.
