I have done many fragrance reviews over the years. This is not so much a review as a release. I have not sampled this fragrance, I am just presenting it as an option for a Mother's Day Gift. I happen to have Prada Candy Florale and LOVE it. I think building on that, Prada Candy Sugar Pop is a great fragrance too. The entire Prada line is nice. The newest expression to the Prada Candy family, is a scent as catchy as a pop song. Like the brightly colored fuzz of Pop Art, it’s soaked in sophisticated irony. Prada Candy Sugar Pop is the satisfying static on a plastic-dialed transistor, playing today’s top forty. 

Prada Candy Sugar Pop takes the addictive energy of the Prada Candy family and dips it into smooth, sparkling green citrus. More crisp than sweet, this fragrance is soaked in irony. Delicate notes of peach and vanilla mingle with shiny apple and top notes of vert de bergamote and green citrus, comprising an unexpected scent story. A sweet first impression cut with an ironic twist, this Eau de Parfum leaves the room on a high note. Its sugarcoat is a charismatic character that gives a sweet first impression and then cuts that with a sarcastic aside. She leaves the room on a high note. Vert de Bergamote is braided with an earthier Vanilla and a greener Mahonial; the freshness of the resulting center vibrates beneath airy Lime zest and, for the first time, topped by an innovative Apple extract. It only comes in Eau de Parfum form. 

The Prada Candy Sugar Pop range pays homage to a now-classic tri-tone Prada Saffiano leather bag, in pastel colors that glow and vibrate with Prada’s singular wit. The white ring of Saffiano and glass body come in a softer pink, while the stamped bottom and pump top introduce complimentary colors to the line: pale yellow and light teal.
