This powder really does go on light and does not settle or look cakey. It is light as a feather and just sets makeup without looking like you are wearing any powder at all. I was surprised at how much I liked this powder. Now if they would make it in an illuminating formula, I would be really happy! This is a great powder and it can be used in place of loose powder, it is portable, so drop it in your purse for touch-ups and you won't likely need it unless you have really oily skin.
