Sheet masks are all the rage right now, on trend with the Korean beauty products that are sweeping the country at this moment. And that is not a bad thing either. Sheet masks can be an efficient way to purify, cleanse or add moisture to the skin. Especially the latter.
Enter the Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb The Super Hydrating Soothing Sheet Mask, which deeply hydrates, soothes and comforts the skin. This water-based sheet mask contains Hyaluronic Acid, an ingredient known to hold 1,000 times its own weight in water, and also naturally found in the skin. Hyaluronic Acid floods skin with intense, weightless hydration. Free of mineral oil and petrolatum, this non-greasy formula also contains Chamomile extract, and provides a soothing burst of hydration for dehydrated skin and a fresher, softer, more radiant skin tone. In one mask you get essentially what is the equivalent of a half a bottle of hydration serum. It delivers 24-hours of long-lasting hydration. This mask also helps prevent moisture loss throughout the day, so it is a good one to do just before you do your makeup.
Directions For Use:
- Start with clean skin. Gently press the mask on to the face with the blue side on top.
- Peel off the blue film. Adjust and smooth out the mask to fit the contours of your face.
- Leave on for 15-30 minutes, depending on how dehydrated you are.
- Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining product into the skin. Do not rinse.
I adore this mask. I reach for it after my skin has been through too much with the AHAs or in the middle of winter when my skin is chapped and dehydrated. I love the way it makes your skin feel so amazing afterwards. My skin feels hydrated and moisturized again, softer, smoother and definitely firmer. And soothed. So much better when it is soothed. It calms skin down too.
