If you have oily skin or skin that gets kind of oily in the summer, then you know the scourge of finding an acceptable moisturizer that hydrates and moisturizes your skin without causing breakours. I have the perfect one.

This wonderfully light moisturizer, hydrator of skin that is oily but could also be dehydrated is filled to the brim with Hyaluronic Acid. This lightweight moisturizer, without a sunscreen, has hydrators that last 72 hours. Skin is mattified. With intense and continuous hydration. It also contains Aloe Water. Lightweight Liquid Care Formula. Fresh, Healthy-Looking Skin. L’Oréal Skin Expert Paris introduces Hydra Genius, a unique line of highly efficacious Daily Liquid Care Moisturizers. Formulated to offer lightweight hydration, these moisturizers deliver instant hydration that glides on easily for quick absorption. Specifically developed for Normal to Oily Skin, this water based moisturizer is formulated with Aloe Water + Hyaluronic Acid to provide dual action. Using this is okay if you have oily skin, but you still need to use a sunscreen. I would go for something mineral and lightweight. Something like MyChelle has. Or Banana Boat. L'Oréal Paris might have one too, they often have wonderful sunscreens. It can be applied to clean skin every morning and used under makeup and sunscreen. Or at night over serums. Just make sure to use over a clean face. Always cleanse your face at night.
I love how this soaks immediately into skin. That means that skin is dehydrated. Most skins are dehydrated to a point. All skin can use Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Water to plump it up, except baby skin. But once skin has been exposed to the sun's damaging rays, no it does not hold on to moisture as well.
