COVERGIRL Katy Katy Eyeliner Pencil $7.99

The latest addition to Katy Perry's COVERGIRL Katy Kat Collection is her Katy Kat Eyeliner Pencil. Get intense looking eyes with this great eyeliner pencil that was designed by Katy Perry herself and is able to create both fine and bold lines. The best thing about this eyeliner is its liquid like intensity, so you get bold color in a pencil form. It is also perfect for creating the perfect cat eye. It comes with a smudging edge on the other end. It does require a sharpener, which is not included but can be purchased separately. It comes in four shades: Kitty WhisPURR (white pearl), Midnight Matte (black), Kitty Katdabra (charcoal) and Purrmaid (bright green). 

I tried out Midnight Matte and it is a beautiful color inky black shade that goes on smoothly, without tugging and is very easy to use. Once the liner is on, it doesn't smudge and lasts up to 8 hours. Start at the inner corner and work slowly outward on the very edge of the lash line. Use the smudging tip to give yourself a seriously smoky look. Make sure to place the cap back on tightly so that the gel-like liner does not dry out.
