The 2019 PANTONE Color of the Year is Living Coral 16-1546. It is described by PANTONE as a "An animating and life-affirming coral hue with a golden undertone that energizes and enlivens with a softer edge". What is going to make it so popular with people is that it is a color most people can wear. Coral is a mix of red-orange adding white. It is a color that normally most people would think of as warm but it has just enough cool to it that it can be worn by those with blue undertones to their skin.
If you will look at this picture you will notice that the majority of the coordinating colors that go with Living Coral are actually cool tones. So I would say you could wear Living Coral on your entire face (eyes, lips and cheeks) or use the following colors on the eyes and save the Living Coral for the lips and cheeks.

These are both quite pigmented products. You can see this from the swatches. They wear long and look great. The eyeshadow and mascara I am wearing is from Too Faced. The eyeliner is from Sigma Beauty.
