Here are the two palettes, they are not on the website anymore as they are being discontinued but you can still find them at Ulta and www.ulta.com. This was the alternative on the way to essence finally making some real eyeshadow palettes now. The one on the left is the Mermaid in A Box palette and the one on th right is the In Love With Rose

Each of these palettes has 10 eyeshadow in a mixture of matte, shimmer, and metallic shimmer eyeshadows. All of which are either pigmented and wear well and are good enough to wear as many coats of color as you want. Personally I think In Love With Rose has more pigmented colors than the Mermaid palette. On they look lovely too, here are some pictures of me wearing the In Love With Rose palette:
