If you have been keeping up with my posts, you have read about GLOW RECIPE'S Pineapple C+ Bright Serum and Avocado Melt Sleeping Mask. I am also a HUGE fan of their original product, the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask. This is the product that started it all.

When sleeping masks were first introduced into the US, most of them were very heavy. But GLOW RECIPE'S Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask is very light and sinks immediately into the skin for a skin treat that will make your skin glow and look amazingly well the next day. It is a luxuriously bouncy, breathable sleeping mask that smooths and perfects skin, overnight. This pillow-proof formula acts as a radiance-boosting hyaluronic acid face mask, formulated with soothing, amino-acid rich Watermelon Extract, hydrating Hyaluronic Acid, and pore refining AHAs that work while you sleep to gently exfoliate and clarify the skin. It'll quickly become your favorite go-to face mask for glowing skin. Since the mask is made with real watermelon, you might find real fruit chunks in the formula! It was voted Nylon Korea's Beauty Hit List 2018: Best Face Mask and Women's Health Beauty Awards 2018: Best Face Mask

This mask is great for all skin types, especially normal skin, oily skins and acneic skins. But it works well on other skin types such as dry skin, mature skin and sensitive skin. It helps relieve dullness, dryness and dark spots. It is also anti-aging.

The ingredients in this mask are great for making skin look beautiful. It contains Watermelon Extract, which is rich in amino-acids and intensely hydrates, soothes, and fights free radical damage to ward off fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots. Hyaluronic Acid instantly quenches thirsty skin and this holy grail hydrator holds 1,000 times its own weight in water to breathe new life into dry, rough skin. AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) are gentle chemical exfoliators that buff away dead skin cells, smooth fine lines, soften skin texture, diminish dark spots and clarify pores. They help your skin live its best life. Pumpkin Extract is rich in antioxidants that repair skin and defend it against damage-causing free radicals. This mask is free of parabens, mineral oil, sulfates, phthalates and synthetic dyes. It is vegan and cruelty-free.

There are two ways you can use this mask. It can be used as a sleeping mask or as a wash off mask. To use as a sleeping mask, use two scoops or a generous layer on skin as the final step of the evening routine. For drier skin types, layer an additional dime-sized amount onto the skin. Be sure to gently pat, not rub mask into the skin until absorbed. Wash thoroughly in the morning. To use as a wash off mask, use the spatula to scoop the face mask and spread a thick layer across the face from forehead to chin. Rinse with lukewarm water after 10 minutes. Due to the highly natural makeup of the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask formula, some separation may occur. Mix the formula vigorously with the included spoon for a full minute to allow the formula time to fully re-incorporate. Afterwards, your mask should have a gelatinous, gel-like texture.

When I first used this mask last year, I was surprised at how light the texture was. I kept thinking how is this going to make my skin glow so well? OMG. This mask makes skin look amazing in the morning. After using it for a few nights in a row, it makes skin look completely different. It adds a nice glow to the skin that it didn't have before, an inner radiance that just comes out and makes the skin look so pretty. I am a huge fan of GLOW RECIPE and their products. This mask made my skin look happy. Definitely happy.

  1. I've never tried Glow Recipe's Watermelon Sleeping Mask. But I love their Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream. Have you tried this already? You'll love it, I promise!
