I really like the Outlast Ultimatte formula. For me it is the best of the mass market no transfer, 24 hour long-lasting color formulas. I like that it is moisturizing and doesn't leave my lips feeling like a complete desert. Some of the formulas you find leave your lips so dry that after a couple of hours the skin is peeling off, but this one is fairly comfortable. That is why it is called Ultimatte. Wear it long, wear it strong.
