Phyto-C Velvet Gel
Phyto-C Skincare is a scientifically based skincare line with products geared toward visible, scientific results. The products are all treatment products. These are geared towards different skin types with different conditions, such as aging skin, oily skin, acneic skin, eczema, rosacea, and even psoriasis. The founders are scientists with knowledge of how the science plays the most important role in the skincare process. They believe that nature plays an important role in developing skincare formulations that work to prevent aging, help skin with eczema or psoriasis.

The Phyto-C Velvet Gel Serum that I was able to try out recently does a number of things. This serum is geared toward improving the ability of cells to rebound and improve collagen production; provide nutrition for skin cell repair; it catalyzes enzyme metabolism and maintains skin health; capillaries under the skin are dilated and microcirculation is increased; skin cell separation is regulated and renewed; it reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; and it nourishes, hydrates and softens fine lines. The serum contains the following ingredients: pentapeptide,n-acetyl carnitine, lysine, glycine, glutamine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3 and Q10.

Did I see any results from the serum? Yes, I noticed that my skin was firmer and much more hydrated than it had been prior to use. I did not notice any difference in fine lines or wrinkles since I do not have any fine lines or wrinkles. I expected it to help with hydration and I was happy about that, since I have drier skin in winter due to lower humidity levels in the air and forced heat in the house that causes my skin to be drier. This serum should last a while as you only need a little bit. Use 2x daily, after cleansing and prior to moisturizing. It sinks right into the skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated (definitely a plus!).

Phyto-C Velvet Gel Serum retails for $64.00 per 0.5 fl.oz./15 mL. or $125 for a 1 fl.oz./30 mL size. It is available from www.myphyto-c.us.
