I have always loved Pixi's makeup, with its fun colors and brightly colored items. When they got into skincare, I didn't think much of it. However, I was wrong to think that way, as their skincare products are much better than I could have imagined. They have skincare products for people of all ages and are still adding to their line.
Their Retinol Jasmine Cleanser is a creamy cleanser that is used to help removes makeup, debris, dead skin cells and pollution while also helping to keep skin looking younger. It contains a small percentage of retinol as to not irritate the skin and jasmine oil to brighten and nourishes the skin. Ceramides moisturize and firm the skin, antioxidants keep free radicals from aging the skin. After skin is cleansed it looks and feels smoother and more radiant.
Use this daily as needed. Can be used in the morning to cleanse skin after a night's rejuvenation or to remove makeup. Apply a coin sized amount to hands and smooth over face. Remove with a moist face cloth or water and dry face with a towel. Feel how smooth and nice skin feels. If the retinol bothers skin, stop using twice a day and go down to only once a day. If it still persists, stop using all together. It shouldn't, as the Vitamin A (retinol) percentage is low but some people are more sensitive than others.
I found this cleanser to be more than adequate. It takes off makeup easily and the retinol didn't bother my skin even though I use Retin-A. I didn't use it around my eyes though because retinol does tend to irritate my eyes. I like how rich and creamy this cleanser is and that it smells lovely. Anything with jasmine oil makes me happy.
See You Next Time~
