KOPARI, the company known for including coconut oil in all of its products has a wonderful vegan moisturizer that is a very lightweight gel-cream that melts into skin. It smooths the skin like a dream and is perfect for all skin types but was created with oilier and combination skin types in mind. In the end you will have dewy, but not oily looking skin. Isn't that what you've always wanted?
Coconut Water Moisture Cream is loaded with skin-loving ingredients like collagen-stimulating peptides, soothing rose extract, hydrating hyaluronic acid and refreshing coconut water (coconut water tapped from the freshest, richest most premium organic coconuts). The gel-cream texture leaves skin feeling soft without being weighed down. I personally have dry skin but find this moisturizer more than adequate for my skin not only in the summer but also heading into fall. Applied over my serums, it sinks into skin quickly and provides just the right amount of hydration needed without being heavy or oily.
Use it daily to help condition, firm, and brighten the appearance of skin. Meant for morning, day or night use, alone or under makeup. If used under makeup, make sure to use a SPF30 to avoid sun damage.
I was honestly surprised that this moisturizer was for oily skin, because it is very rich for such a lightweight gel-cream. Yet, it does sink in quickly and make the skin feel extremely hydrated, soothed and indeed dewy. I prefer to wear it at night because I wear a SPF30 or higher during the day, and couldn't see someone with oily skin wearing this and a SPF30 on top. With combination skin, possibly. This is not something I would recommend for very mature skin or dehydrated skin. I personally do well with it but I use 2-3 serums every night and can tolerate it well. During the winter I will not be using this as much once my skin gets much drier.
