1.7oz./50g $60.00

I am not sure if you have ever used an enzyme cleansing powder for your face or not, but it a delight and a treat. Using a dry powder in your hands that you add water to and foams up on your face, that happens to be extremely gentle is something wonderful to behold. Your skin will thank you for it.

Especially if you try the Amorepacific Treatment Enzyme Peel Cleansing Powder. This daily exfoliating cleanser is a powder-to-foam formula powered by plant derived enzymes that gently removes dull skin cells. impurities and even makeup. It is a daily deep-cleansing exfoliator that has been formulated with papaya and green tea enzymes to remove skin-dulling residue for a brighter, healthier, smoother complexion. The water-activated powder-to-foam formula leaves skin primed to receive skincare ingredients that follow. Use when washing the face morning and night, after removing makeup.

To use: dispense a small amount of powder into your palm. The bottle will dispense the perfect amount per use. Add a small amount of water. Fully lather. Cleanse face and neck. Avoid the eye area. Rinse with warm water.

The two key ingredients in this product are:
  • Green Tea-derived Probiotic Enzyme (Lactobacillus ferment): which helps to remove dead skin cells.
  • Papaya Enzymes (papain): helps to support healthy cell turnover to reveal radiant skin.
There are some other ingredients included in this product that help make it so fascinating. Allantoin, which is very soothing and moisturizing for the skin. Ginger root extract has excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Zizyphus jujuba fruit extract has the ability to relieve dry skin and encourage cell turnover. Finally, camellia sinensis leaf extract (also known as green tea leaf) has the ability help even out skin tone and is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect against UV radiation.

I absolutely adore this product, so much that this is my second time purchasing it. Having an enzyme cleansing powder is especially good for any skin type. Even, acneic skins can use this, it is so gentle. It works well for sensitive skin too. The powder is not grainy at all when used on the face, it works into a fine lather that when applied to the skin is extremely foamy and not at all textured. I would recommend this for all skin types and definitely as part of a double cleansing ritual. It is gentle enough to use daily, and I would say if you use this you can probably skin most other heavier exfoliants. Especially if you have sensitive skin. If you have oily or acneic skin I would still use your salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or other acids that you are still using.

Amorepacific Treatment Enzyme Peel Cleansing Powder retails for $60.00 and $22.00 for the smaller 0.5/15g size.
